Compliance Guidelines definition

Compliance Guidelines means the guidelines established and adopted by the Board of Directors of MLSOK, as may be amended from time to time, to guide MLSOK’s’ Participants and Subscribers in their compliance with the Rules and Regulations.
Compliance Guidelines means the policies and procedures for compliance with Applicable Laws, as set forth in Exhibit C.
Compliance Guidelines means the provisions of these articles and the guidelines, from time to time, which have been adopted by the board of directors and the Compliance Committee, or which are comprised in written guidance on the effective application of the Compliance Principles issued from time to time by the board of directors, the Compliance Committee, the Compliance Implementation Director or the Compliance Audit Director (as each individual is described in articles 24 to 29 (Compliance Committee) and which set out, among other things, guidelines establishing the grounds governing and procedure for determining whether an activity of the Company or of a member of the QinetiQ Controlled Group would be prohibited as constituting a conflict of interest;

More Definitions of Compliance Guidelines

Compliance Guidelines means the policies and procedures for compliance with Applicable Laws, as set forth in E xhibit C.
Compliance Guidelines means the Compliance Guidelines which the Intermediary has access to or is provided to the Intermediary by the Licensee, in accordance with clause 10 which, among other things, concerns the processes and procedures by which the Licensee will ensure that its Authorised Representatives will comply with this Agreement and the Applicable Laws. Related to Compliance Guidelines

  • Applicable Guidelines means the policies of the Bank governing the selection and Contract award process as set forth in this RFP.
