Computer and Other Systems definition

Computer and Other Systems means any level of hardware or software, equipment and cable plant, or building and other facilities used in connection with the Assets or the Business which are date dependent or which process date data, including any microcode, firmware, application programs, user interfaces, files and databases, and which might be adversely affected by the advent or changeover to the Year 2000 or to the advent or changeover to any leap year.

  • Replacement cost for houses and other structures means the prevailing cost of replacing affected structures, in an area and of the quality similar to or better than that of the affected structures.
