Concept Site Plan definition

Concept Site Plan means the site development plan set forth as Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, depicting the conceptual program for construction of the Work.

More Definitions of Concept Site Plan

Concept Site Plan means a preliminary plan sheet, attached to this Agreement as Exhibit E and incorporated by reference herein, depicting the conceptual program for the improvements to be constructed for the Chesterfield Grove Project in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan, the Proposal, and this Agreement.

Concept Site Plan means the site development plan prepared by a licensed professional engineer, or firm thereof, acceptable to City, attached as Exhibit C hereto and incorporated herein by reference, depicting the conceptual program for construction of the Development Project and the Public Improvements.

Concept Site Plan means the site development plan prepared by a licensed professional engineer or architect, or firm thereof, acceptable to City, depicting the conceptual program for construction of the Holland Hotel Apartments Project.

Concept Site Plan means the Lafayette Square Neighborhood Urban Plan dated October 2001, depicting the conceptual program for construction of the Work, which plan is attached as Appendix 3 to the Redevelopment Plan.

Concept Site Plan means a preliminary plan sheet, attached to this Agreement as Exhibit D and incorporated by reference herein, depicting the conceptual program for the Private Development and other improvements to be constructed in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan and this Agreement.

Concept Site Plan means Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, depicting the conceptual program for construction of the Work; provided that the Site Plan approved by the City pursuant to Section 3.8.2 hereof, and as amended from time to time by the City and as deemed amended to reflect permitted relocation and reconfigurations of buildings or improvements, shall constitute the Concept Site Plan for the purposes of this Agreement; provided further, that no such amendment to a Site Plan shall amend the Concept Site Plan shown on Exhibit B if such an amendment would constitute such a change to the Redevelopment Plan or Project as would, in the opinion of the City Attorney or other counsel retained by City, require compliance with the notice and hearing procedures of Section 99.825 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended.

Concept Site Plan means the site development plan attached hereto as Exhibit C and incorporated herein by this reference, which depicts the conceptual program for the Work and the Redevelopment Project, which is in accordance with the Business District Plan, and which shall be subject to change from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Sections 3.6.2 hereof and provided that the site plan approved by the City pursuant to its zoning ordinance or any other approval process with the City, shall constitute the Concept Site Plan for the purposes of this Agreement, to the extent of any changes from the original Concept Site Plan attached hereto.
