Conduct Leader definition

Conduct Leader means a designated management employee for each Utility in the EPCOR Group having those duties set out in section 7.4 of the Code for the Utility that he/she represents, as specifically provided herein.
Conduct Leader means the individual designated with responsibility for compliance obligations for EDTI, EEA or Encor, and who is responsible to make the Compliance Plan operational.

  • Licensed professional means a professional registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia pursuant to Article 1 (§ 54.1-400 et seq.) of Chapter 4 of Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia. For purposes of these Standards and Specifications a licensed professional is one that is certified by DPOR as an Architect, Professional Engineer, Land Surveyor, or Landscape Architects.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
