Construction Component definition

Construction Component means the Hotel/Casino Component, the Energy Project Component or the Equipment Component.
Construction Component the portion of a Loan allocated to the payment of the cost of Construction Work, excluding interest on the Loan.
Construction Component means any of the HC/Mall Component, the HVAC Component or the Equipment Component.

Construction Component has the meaning set forth in Recital H.
