Consultancy Period definition

Consultancy Period and "Consultancy Position" shall have the respective meanings assigned to those terms in Section 2(d) hereof.

Consultancy Period means the period set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5, subject to extension in accordance with Clause 3 or such other period as ends on the date of termination of this Contract;

• In the case of any Involuntary Termination Associated With a Change in Control, the Company may, in its sole discretion, elect to require reasonable cooperation from the Executive following the Executive's Termination Date for a period (the "Consultancy Period") not to exceed 18 months.
