Convenience Fees means the transaction fee levied on each transaction processed via the Payment Processing Services through the Application Services as contemplated by the RFP and Vendor’s Proposal. Convenience Fees cover the cost of the Core Portal Technologies and Payment Processing Services provided through the Application Services for the E-Government Application Portal, including all related implementation, agency application integration, support, hosting and software services necessary for the full implementation of the E-Government Application Portal and Agencies shall not be charged additional fees for such implementations and related Deliverables and Services. As set forth in Vendor’s Proposal, the Convenience Fee is capped at the maximum per transaction rates as further described in the schedule provided in the “Application Services/System(s) Description and Related Fees/Program Terms” and processed through the Application Services, and is subject to downward adjustment by negotiation on a case-by-case basis as documented in individual Enrollment Agreements.

Examples of Convenience Fees in a sentence
