Core Application Software definition

Core Application Software as used herein shall mean all Core Application Software, modifications, custom programming modifications supplied by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement.
Core Application Software means the Advanced Diagnostics Tool core software running on any Advanced Diagnostics Tool including but not limited to its BIOS, Firmware, Operating System, Application Code, Security System, Tokens & UTP Management system, Memory Management, Networking Software, Core System Code, Vehicle applications code, Subscription system and UI;
Core Application Software means Contractor's proprietary web-based application software that functions on an interactive GIS mapping platform, including all components and Documentation, licensed by Contractor to County

Examples of Core Application Software in a sentence

  • SI shall neither hold nor shall claim to have any type of right(s) for the customization made in the Core Application Software (State) or on the additionally developed modules/ applications/ utilities/ APIs including source code and material (including upgrade/ updates/ fixes/ patches/etc.), as done during the implementation of the project and shall always lie with the CLIENT.

  • To provide operational and management support, customization and enhancement of features present in the Core Application Software (CAS 4.5 or higher version) and existing 38 State extension modules in DC/DR.

  • The center through the SDA will be responsible for supporting the State Level System Integrator(s) for the final implementation of the developed Core Application Software.

More Definitions of Core Application Software

Core Application Software means the ERP Software and the XXXX Software. [Omitted.] Data means numbers, characters, images, or other information recorded in a form that can be printed, input into a CPU/processor, stored and processed there, or transmitted on some digital or analog channel on or in any storage media (of whatever nature) whether in a human or machine readable form. DEC Data means all Data provided by DEC or created or obtained by the Contractor in the course of this agreement.

Related to Core Application Software

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Computer software maintenance contract means a contract that obligates a seller of computer software to provide a customer with:

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.
