Core Areas definition

Core Areas means geographic boundaries as defined by Site Plan Control Areas;
Core Areas means mapped sagebrush types or other habitats that support sage-grouse annual life history requirements that are encompassed by areas:

More Definitions of Core Areas

Core Areas means the square footage of the areas within (and measured from the mid-point of the walls enclosing) rest rooms, mechanical rooms, janitor closets, telephone and equipment rooms and other similar facilities (other than the Lobby and Corridor Areas for the use of all tenants on the floor on which the Leased Premises are located. In the case of a floor leased to more than one tenant, the allocation to the Leased Premises of the Core Areas on said floor shall be equal to the total Core Areas on said floor multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Useable Area of the Leased Premises located on said floor and the denominator of which is the Useable Area of mid floor.
Core Areas means (A) those spaces identified in the planning guides described in 4 AAC 31.020(a) and listed as "activity or specialized subject areas"; and (B) supplementary spaces identified in the application made under 4 AAC 31.020(a).
