Corporate Guarantees definition

Corporate Guarantees means, together, the Aegean Bunkering Guarantee, the Aegean Marine Guarantee and the Aegean Shipholdings Guarantee and “Corporate Guarantee” means any of them;

Corporate Guarantees means a corporate guarantee to be procured by Contractor in favour of the Purchaser from KNM Group Berhad which shall be valid from the Commencement Date until the issuance of the final Defects Liability Certificate, in the form and substance as provided in Appendix 16;

Corporate Guarantees means that certain Unlimited Continuing Guaranty on Lender’s form, and the Unconditional Guarantee, USDA Form RD 5001-5, each executed by Guarantor and dated as of the effective date of this Agreement, together with any amendments, modifications or replacements thereof.
