Corporation Plans definition

Corporation Plans means the Corporation’s 1999 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended, and the Corporation’s 2009 Equity Incentive Plan, as may be amended, the Corporation’s 2009 Employee Stock Purchase Plan, as may be amended, and any similar plans entered into after the date hereof, and any inducement grants.
Corporation Plans means any Pension Plans or other written Employee compensation or benefit plans, agreements, policies, programs, arrangements or practices made available to any group or groups of employees which are maintained by or binding upon the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • The Parent Corporation agrees to pay or reimburse the full amount of Senior Executive premium’s for disability, accident, death and dismemberment and/or life insurance coverage in the Corporation Plans.

Corporation Plans means any Pension Plans or other written Employee compensation or benefit plans, agreements, policies, programs, arrangements or practices which are maintained by or binding upon the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries.
Corporation Plans means any retirement, pension, supplemental pension, savings, retirement savings, retiring allowance, bonus, profit sharing, stock purchase, stock option, phantom stock, share appreciation rights, deferred compensation, severance or termination pay, change of control, life insurance, medical, hospital, dental care, vision care, drug, sick leave, short term or long term disability, salary continuation, unemployment benefits, vacation, incentive compensation or other employee benefit plan, program, arrangement, policy or practice whether written or oral, formal or informal, funded or unfunded, registered or unregistered, insured or self-insured that is maintained or otherwise contributed to, or required to be contributed to, by or on behalf of the Corporation for the benefit of current or former employees, directors, officers, shareholders, independent contractors or agents of the Corporation other than government sponsored pension, employment insurance, workers compensation and health insurance plans.

Corporation Plans means the Corporation's 1999 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended, and the Corporation's 2009 Equity Incentive Plan, as may be amended, the Corporation's 2009 Employee Stock Purchase Plan, as may be amended, and any similar plans entered into after the date hereof, and any inducement grants.
Corporation Plans shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in subsection 3.01(r);
Corporation Plans shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.1(u) hereof;

Related to Corporation Plans

  • Nonprofit corporation means a nonstock corporation organized under ch. 181 that is a nonprofit corporation, as defined in s. 181.0103 (17).
