Cost of the Facilities definition

Cost of the Facilities means "Cost of the Facilities" as defined in the Indenture.
Cost of the Facilities means all costs incurred by or on behalf of the Authority in connection with the acquisition, expansion, construction, development, improvement, equipping, planning and financing of the Facilities or any portion of the Facilities, including, without limitation, the payment or reimbursement of costs of issuance of the Bonds, including without limitation the reasonable costs of legal and financial consultants incurred by the Authority, the City, the Developer and the Trustee in connection with the creation of the Authority and the issuance of the Bonds, and the funding of such funds and accounts as are provided in this Indenture, the cost of all lands, properties, rights, easements, franchises and permits acquired, the cost of all machinery and equipment, financing charges, interest prior to and during construction and for up to approximately one year after completion of construction, cost of engineering and legal expenses, plans, specifications and other expenses necessary or incident to construction of the Facilities.
Cost of the Facilities means (a) obligations of the State, the University or the Authority incurred for labor and to contractors, builders and materialmen in connection with the acquisition, construction, improving, and improvement of the Facilities; (b) the cost of acquiring necessary land or rights in land and any costs incidental thereto, including costs of assuring title of the Facilities to the Authority, and recording fees; (c) tlie cost of contract bonds and of insurance of all kinds that may be required or necessary during the Construction Period which is not paid by the contractor or contractors or otherwise provided for;

  • In lieu of appointment of the Independent Expert as otherwise provided in said Article 21, the Independent Expert shall be appointed by the President of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Sweden, to resolve the Cost Dispute and render a final and binding determination of the Expected Cost of the Facilities as at the Cost Evaluation Date, which determination shall be final and binding for all purposes.

  • The Developer shall provide any documentation substantiating the Actual Cost of the Facilities reasonably requested by the City Engineer, including but not limited to a review of the Actual Costs by the Developer’s civil engineer and determination that they are consistent with the approved Plans.

  • Notwithstanding the above, the Improvement Authority may fund all or a portion of the Cost of the Facilities with funds of the County if proceeds of the Bonds are not available.

  • The Developer agrees to pay all inspection, permit and other similar fees of the City applicable to construction of the Facilities, and such fees are subject to reimbursement under this Agreement as part of the Actual Cost of the Facilities.


More Definitions of Cost of the Facilities

Cost of the Facilities means the calculation of the cost of the Facilities to be constructed including financing costs, e.g. capitalized interest, funding a reserve fund, cost of issuance and underwriter’s discount, as determined by the Administrator.

  • Cost of the Work means those costs described in Paragraph 11.2.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Usable marijuana means the dried leaves and flowers of marijuana, and any mixture or preparation thereof, and does not include the seeds, stalks, and roots of the plant.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Business Facility means any property including the land, improvements, soil, soil gas, indoor air, groundwater, and surface water that is or at any time has been owned, operated, occupied, controlled or leased by the Company, its Subsidiaries or any of their predecessors in connection with the operation of their respective business.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Permitted Facility means a facility authorized by the general permit to discharge total nitrogen or

  • Facility means the entire operation located on the property where the Equipment is located;

  • generation facility means a facility for generating electricity or providing ancillary services, other than ancillary services provided by a transmitter or distributor through the operation of a transmission or distribution system, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose;

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Onshore facility means any facility any part of which is located in, on, or under any land of the state, other than submerged land, that because of its location, could reasonably be expected to cause substantial harm to the environment by discharging oil into or on the navigable waters of the state or the adjoining shorelines.

  • Cost of idle facilities or idle capacity means costs such as maintenance, repair, housing, rent, and other related costs, e.g., insurance, interest, property taxes and depreciation or use allowances.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables the provision of wireless services between user equipment and a communications network, including, but not limited to, radio transceivers, antennas, coaxial or fiber-optic cable, regular and backup power supplies, and comparable equipment, regardless of technological configuration. Wireless facility includes a small cell wireless facility. Wireless facility does not include any of the following:

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.
