Council Property definition

Council Property means any property, other than real property, issued or made available to the Contractor in connection with the Contract.

Council Property means any property, including but not limited to public roads – which is owned by the Council; over which the Council has control over; or in respect of which a servitude or other property right has been registered in favour of the Council;
