Covered Downtime definition

Covered Downtime means all Downtime other than Excluded Downtime.
Covered Downtime means the total duration in minutes of Downtime occuring during a Monthly Billing Period. For example purposes only: a. If five Client Websites are hosted on a single Hosting Account and only one of those Client Websites experiences 60 minutes of Downtime, that shall be counted as 60 minutes of Covered Downtime. b. If all five Client Websites experience 60 minutes of Downtime concurrently at the same time, that is counted as 60 minutes of Covered Downtime (not 300 minutes). c. If one Client Website experiences 60 minutes of Downtime on Day 1, and then another Client Website experiences 15 minutes of Downtime on Day 2, then that is counted as 75 minutes of Covered Downtime.

Examples of Covered Downtime in a sentence

  • In order to determine whether our Uptime Guarantee has been met, Covered Downtime shall be compared to the amount of time in a normal 30-day period (43,200 minutes).

  • For any Service Quarter that the Quarterly Uptime Percentage is less than RouteSmart’s Service Commitment, Customer will receive an SLA Credit equivalent to the net Covered Downtime during the relevant Service Quarter in excess of the maximum Downtime permitted under the Service Commitment.

  • This procedure alone would not permit to connect the spectra since the blaze is not accurately enough corrected, each order presents a residual “curvature” of about 2%.

  • If we fail to meet the Uptime Guarantee, upon request you will receive SLA Credits equal to five percent (5%) of your Monthly Plan Value for each full hour (60 minutes) of Covered Downtime.

  • For any service quarter that the quarterly uptime percentage is less than this, customers will receive an SLA credit equivalent to the net Covered Downtime during the relevant service quarter in excess of the maximum Downtime permitted under the Service Commitment.

  • If Covered Downtime exceeds 43 minutes (0.1% of the amount of time in a normal 30-day period) it shall be determined that the Uptime Guarantee was not met.

  • For example purposes only: ● If the Covered Downtime is 59 minutes, you will not receive any SLA Credit.

  • For any Service Quarter that the Quarterly Uptime Percentage is less than Schneider Electric’s Service Commitment, Licensee will receive an SLA Credit equivalent to the net Covered Downtime during the relevant Service Quarter in excess of the maximum Downtime permitted under the Service Commitment.

  • Licensee will receive one (1) day of SLA Credit for every twenty-four (24) hours (or fraction thereof) of excess Covered Downtime.

Related to Covered Downtime

  • Planned Downtime means planned downtime for upgrades and maintenance to the Services scheduled in advance of such upgrades and maintenance.

  • Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Excused Downtime means the number of minutes in the Charging Period that the LSP is unavailable due to:

  • Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.

  • Downtime means the Total Minutes in the Month during which the Cloud Service (or Servers for Server Provisioning) does not respond to a request from SAP’s Point of Demarcation for the data center providing the Cloud Service (or Server for Server Provisioning), excluding Excluded Downtime.

  • Outage has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Excluded Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 2 below.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP) is a telephone central office switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Unplanned Service Interruption means any Service Interruption where events or circumstances prevent the timely communication of prior warning or notice to the Trader or any affected Customer;

  • Service Outage means an instance when the Customer is unable to route traffic to one or more Customer Sites via the Network, which results in Service Downtime;

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

  • Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • Planned Service Interruption means a Service Interruption that has been scheduled to occur in accordance with Schedule 5;

  • Service Switching Point (SSP) means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Outages means the planned unavailability of transmission and/or generation facilities dispatched by PJM or the NYISO, as described in Section 35.9 of this Agreement.

  • Severity 1 means the unavailability of multiple service resources and redundant capability is not available or has been exhausted.

  • Medication error means any preventable event that may cause or lead to inappropriate medication use or patient harm, while the medication is in the control of the health care professional, patient, or consumer. Such events may be related to professional practice, health care products, procedures, and systems including, but not limited to: prescribing; order communication; product labeling, packaging and nomenclature; compounding; dispensing; distribution; administration; education; monitoring; and use.

  • Unscheduled Outage means an interruption resulting in reduction of the Availability of the Element(s) / Project (as the case may be) that is not a result of a Scheduled Outage or a Force Majeure Event.

  • Severity 3 means the unavailability of an individual resource and automated redundancy is fulfilling demand.

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Forced Outage means any unplanned reduction or suspension of the electrical output from the Facility resulting in the unavailability of the Facility, in whole or in part, in response to a mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic control system trip or operator-initiated trip in response to an alarm or equipment malfunction and any other unavailability of the Facility for operation, in whole or in part, for maintenance or repair that is not a scheduled maintenance outage and not the result of Force Majeure.

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.

  • Scheduled Outage means the final outage plan as approved by the RPC as per the provisions of the Grid Code;

  • Service Drop means a cable that, by its design, capacity and relationship to other cables of the Company, can be reasonably considered to be for the sole purpose of connecting backbone of the Equipment to not more than one individual customer or building point of presence or property;
