Covered Third Parties definition

Covered Third Parties means any Entity other than an Excluded Party, to the extent that such Entity Exploits any Covered Products and Services.
Covered Third Parties and “Covered Third Party Services” means ADT NA Covered Third Parties or ADT NA Covered Third Party Services or Tyco Covered Third Parties or Tyco Covered Third Party Services, as applicable.
Covered Third Parties means all of the Company’s partners, agents, consultants and other contractual counterparties who interact with government officials on the Company’s behalf.

Covered Third Parties means any or all third-party operating system providers such as Apple Inc. (“Apple”), Google LLC, and Microsoft Corporation, (and each of their respective related entities), your mobile phone or other mobile device manufacturer, your wireless carrier or other network provider, any other product or service provider related to your mobile device service.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Covered Third Parties shall not include an Excluded Party.
Covered Third Parties means a Party’s and its Subsidiaries’ [****] direct and indirect customers, end-users, developers, vendors, distributors, licensees and suppliers of such Party’s Products or Services, or components thereof, but only to the extent that the activities of a Covered Third Party are directed to such Party’s Products or Services.
