CP Documents definition

CP Documents means all of the documents and other evidence listed in Part I of Schedule 3 (Conditions Precedent);
CP Documents means, collectively, the ECP Documents and the USCP Documents;

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement and all other agreements, documents, certificates and instruments executed and/or delivered in connection therewith, each as modified, amended, supplemented or restated, and in effect from time to time.
