Created Jobs definition

Created Jobs means the number of new FTE Jobs the Business will add over and above the Business’s Employment Base and, if applicable, Statewide Employment Base.
Created Jobs means the number of new Full-time Equivalent (FTE) Jobs the Business will add to the Community which meet the Project Wage Obligation over and above the number of Community Base Jobs and/or Retained Jobs. Said jobs must be maintained for a minimum of thirteen (13) weeks beyond the Project Completion Date.

More Definitions of Created Jobs

Created Jobs means the new full-time jobs the business will create over and above the number of community base jobs or retained jobs or both.
Created Jobs means the number of new FTE jobs the BUSINESS will add to the CITY which meet the "Project Wage Obligation" (as defined below) over and above the number of Community Base Jobs and/ or "Retained Jobs" (as defined below). Said jobs must be maintained for a minimum of thirteen (13) weeks beyond the "Project Completion Date" and must again be in place at the seventh (7th) year anniversary of the "Project Completion Date."
Created Jobs means the full-time jobs pledged by the business which pay an average wage that is at or greater than 90 percent of the lesser of the average county wage or average regional wage, as determined by the department. However, in any circumstance, the wage paid by the business shall not be less than $7.50 per hour.
Created Jobs means the number of new, permanent, FTE Jobs the Recipient will add over and above the Recipient’s Employment Base.

  • Designated Jurisdiction means any country or territory to the extent that such country or territory itself is the subject of any Sanction.

  • Permitted Joint Venture means, with respect to any specified Person, a joint venture in any other Person engaged in a Similar Business in respect of which the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary beneficially owns at least 35% of the shares of Equity Interests of such Person.

  • Permitted Jurisdiction means the United States or any state thereof, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, Cayman Islands, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or British Crown Dependencies, any other member country of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, or any political subdivision of any of the foregoing.

  • Securitization Vehicle shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Qualified Institutional Lender.”

  • Affected jurisdiction means any county, city, or town in which all or a portion of a qualifying project is located.

  • Massage establishment means a place of business where massage is being conducted.
