Customary Business Hours means the hours in which the family day care home is in operation caring for children.

Landlord shall not in any way be liable or responsible to Tenant for any loss or damage or expense that Tenant may sustain or incur if either the quantity or character of any utility service is changed. Any riser or risers or wiring to meet Tenant's excess electrical requirements will be installed by Landlord at the sole cost and expense of Tenant subject to the allowance on Exhibit D (if, in Landlord's sole judgment, the same are necessary and will not cause any permanent damage or injury to the Building or the Premises or cause or create a dangerous or hazardous condition or entail excessive or unreasonable alterations, repairs or expense or interfere with or disturb other tenants or occupants). Customary Business Hours hereby are defined to mean 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Related to Customary Business Hours

  • Business Hours means the hours from 9.00am to 5.00pm on a Business Day.

  • Business Hour means a clock hour during the standard business hours of a Business Day based on Customer’s “Support Region” and “Support Center” as set forth at www.liferay.com/support/coverage-areas-and-hours.

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Access means disclosure by the provision of access;

  • Usual and Customary (U&C) shall mean covered expenses which are identified by the Plan Administrator, taking into consideration the fee(s) which the Provider most frequently charges the majority of patients for the service or supply, the cost to the Provider for providing the services, the prevailing range of fees charged in the same “area” by Providers of similar training and experience for the service or supply, and the Medicare reimbursement rates. The term(s) “same geographic locale” and/or “area” shall be defined as a metropolitan area, county, or such greater area as is necessary to obtain a representative cross-section of Providers, persons or organizations rendering such treatment, services, or supplies for which a specific charge is made. To be Usual and Customary, fee(s) must be in compliance with generally accepted billing practices for unbundling or multiple procedures.

  • After Hours means any time that falls outside the Parties’ normal Business Hours;

  • Gross household income means gross income of a household as those terms are defined in rules of the authority.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.

  • Books and Records means all books, records, board minutes, contracts, licenses, insurance policies, environmental audits, business plans, files, computer files, computer discs and other data and software storage and media devices, accounting books and records, financial statements (actual and pro forma), filings with Governmental Authorities and any and all records and instruments relating to the Collateral or otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or the realization thereupon.

  • Reasonable in these circumstances means ‘using no more force than is needed’. The use of force may involve either passive physical contact, such as standing between pupils or blocking a pupil’s path, or active physical contact such as leading a pupil by the arm out of the classroom.   • Inspection means activities such as measuring, examining, testing, gauging one or more characteristics of the product or service and comparing the same with the specified requirement to determine conformity.

  • Trading Hours means the hours of trading as set forth on the Trading Platform for a particular Underlying Asset.
