CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. By signing, I represent, warrant and acknowledge that: (i) I am at least 18 years of age and the owner of or tenant in the premises at the service location(s) identified in the Service Order and have authority to authorize the work or service specified in, and to be bound by, the Service Order and this Agreement; (ii) FIRE DOG may contact me at the phone number above (or such other phone number or email address provided by me to FIRE DOG), which may include autodialed calls, pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, and mobile service commercial email messages; (iii) FIRE DOG manages its Services according to the Commercial Acceptable Use Policy, which can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal; (iv) the Agreement is subject to automatic renewal and early termination fees; and (v) I have read, understood and agree to the contractual terms and notices set forth in this Agreement, including those relating to the FIRE DOG BUSINESS CUSTOMER AGREEMENT General Terms and Conditions, Voice Trunk Service (PRI & SIP Trunks) Customer Acknowledgement Regarding Service Restrictions (Including E911 and “Off‐Net” Use), Tech Support Terms of Service, Commercial Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright Infringement, Digital Content License Agreement, and Privacy Policies. Customer understands that no supports can prevent a negative action or choice from taking place, nor can it predict emergencies or incidents, whether they are medical or otherwise, regardless of the Services, Equipment, or process provided by SimplyHome. Customer has final responsibility for the condition, testing and operation of the system. Customer assumes and has the final responsibility for testing and verifying proper operation of the Equipment and Service on a regular basis.

  • Order Acknowledgement means the date when Voip Unlimited sends the customer an order acknowledgement email to the technical and order contact as specified on the Service order form or Customer requirement form.
