Source Code Output File definition

Source Code Output File means output generated in the form of Source Code by the Source Code Generation option and based on the Customer Model. A Source Code Output File (i) contains Value Added Technology and (ii) has a structure dictated by the Value Added Technology integrated in the Licensed Program.
Source Code Output File means output generated in the form of Source Code by the Source Code Generation option and based on the Licensee Model. A Source Code Output File (i) contains Value Added Technology and (ii) has a structure dictated by the Value Added Technology integrated in the Licensed Program. User means any (a) Licensee’s employee, or (b) employee of Licensee’s consultant(s) or subcontractor(s) (i) who accesses a Licensed Program, (ii) who works for the exclusive internal needs of Licensee and (iii) whose usual workplace is located within Licensee’s premises.

  • However, Customer shall not use, and shall not permit any third party to use, any form or part of the Value Added Technology (including without limitation, such as included in a Source Code Output File, a Binary Output File and/or Obfuscated Source Code) to develop a software program competing or intended to compete directly or indirectly with the Online Services to which this OST applies, for whatever purpose.

Related to Source Code Output File

  • Source Code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modifications to it. “Object code” means any non-source form of a work.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;
