Examples of Customer Licensee in a sentence

  • In the event Packaging Services expire or are terminated for a particular Customer, Licensee may be required to notify Flexera Software of such expiration or termination within thirty (30) days of the effective date of such expiration or termination.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the digital file embodying each Included Program made available hereunder on a DHE basis, including for Non-UV Customer Transactions and all Rights Token Authorizations (including UV Disc-to-Digital Conversions), shall be served from Licensee’s servers – and shall not be “imported,” copied or otherwise sourced from a DVD or Blu-ray Disc in the possession of a Customer, Licensee or its designee(s) or any third party.

  • Upon completion or termination of the Services for a Customer, Licensee will cease using the applicable licenses for such Customer.

  • All software license terms are established directly between the Customer (Licensee) and FishTec, the rightful creator, owner and licensor of the map and/or chart media/software.

  • In the event IT Services expire or are terminated for a particular Customer, Licensee may be required to notify Flexera Software of such expiration or termination within thirty (30) days of the effective date of such expiration or termination.

  • The grant of the License hereunder includes the right to convey to any Customer Licensee, with respect to any Technology which is licensed by Licensee to such Customer Licensee, rights to use such Technology as specified in a Customer Contract.

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Licensee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Named User License means the Metric and Licensed Level applicable to each Named User.

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.
