Customer Process definition

Customer Process means that portion of the Process not composed of or included within the LB Process, including without limitation all processes, procedures, protocols, know-how, technology, information and Intellectual Property developed by LB and/or Customer specifically with respect to manufacture of the Product under or as a result of this Agreement or the August 2003 Services Agreement; "Customer Process" does not include LB Know-How, the LB Patent Rights, the LB Process, the New General Application Intellectual Property, or LB's other Intellectual Property.
Customer Process means the process set forth on Exhibit 1 to the Product Addendum attached hereto, as may be amended from time to time by Customer upon Xxxxxxx’x prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
