Customer Process definition

Customer Process means that portion of the Process not composed of or included within the LB Process, including without limitation all processes, procedures, protocols, know-how, technology, information and Intellectual Property developed by LB and/or Customer specifically with respect to manufacture of the Product under or as a result of this Agreement or the August 2003 Services Agreement; "Customer Process" does not include LB Know-How, the LB Patent Rights, the LB Process, the New General Application Intellectual Property, or LB's other Intellectual Property.
Customer Process means the process set forth on Exhibit 1 to the Product Addendum attached hereto, as may be amended from time to time by Customer upon Brammer’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Related to Customer Process

  • Tender Process means the procurement process for this Tender as set out in the Tender Document herein.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.
