Customer Service Guarantee definition

Customer Service Guarantee or CSG means any performance standard of that name (as current) made pursuant to the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Xxx 0000 (Cth).
Customer Service Guarantee means the Telecommunications (Customer Service Guarantee) Standard made pursuant to sections 115, 117, 120 and 125

More Definitions of Customer Service Guarantee

Customer Service Guarantee means any performance standards issued under Part 5 of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Xxx 0000 (Cth).
Customer Service Guarantee means the current minimum performance standard set by the ACMA under sections 115, 117 and 120 of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Xxx 0000. Customer means the customer identified in the Order Form.
Customer Service Guarantee means that if a fault is not cleared within the specified time in any contracted Service Care Level, a customer may claim a Service Credit.
