Customer Service Locations definition

Customer Service Locations means any Customer service location set forth in Exhibit 3 and any other service location owned or leased by Customer for which Vendor has received Customer’s approval in accordance with Section 7.01.
Customer Service Locations means the service locations set forth in Schedule U.

Related to Customer Service Locations

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.
