Customer Support Guide definition

Customer Support Guide shall have the meaning set forth in ANNEX A to Schedule 2.01(a).
Customer Support Guide means the Supplier customer support guide available at https://technologyonecorp.com/Customer-Support-Guide, as updated by Supplier from time to time without materially reducing the Support and Maintenance Services.
Customer Support Guide means the CloudRent customer support guide attached to these Standard Terms and Conditions, as updated by CloudRent from time to time.

More Definitions of Customer Support Guide

Customer Support Guide means the document attached hereto as Attachment C outlining how MobiChord handles support of the Software, as may be updated by MobiChord from time to time.

Related to Customer Support Guide

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Customer Service Agreement shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement. “ Customer User” means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Customer Application means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Embedded Capabilities and that is not primarily a substitute for any portion of Microsoft Power BI services.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.
