Accumulated Days i) Employees hired prior to January 1, 2009 Sick leave allowance to which an employee becomes entitled but does not use during each school year shall be accumulated to a maximum of two hundred (20) days. ii) Employees hired after January 1, 2009 Sick leave allowance to which an employee becomes entitled but does not use during each school year shall be accumulated to a maximum of one hundred seventy-five (175) days.

Accumulated Days. Each bargaining unit member shall be entitled to accumulate sick leave at the rate of one and one-fourth (1 ¼) days per month and at a maximum of fifteen (15) days per year. Each bargaining unit member shall be permitted to accumulate 260 days of unused sick leave.
Accumulated Days. The unused portion of such leave, as indicated in Section A, at the end of any year shall be accumulative.
Accumulated Days. All days accumulated while under the previous Cooperative contract will be credited to the individual. Section 2. FAMILY ILLNESS LEAVE: Will be governed according to MN Statute. Section 3. BEREAVEMENT LEAVE: A total of five (5) days bereavement leave per year are granted for death in the immediate family for full-time teachers. Part-time teachers shall be on pro-rata basis. Additional bereavement leave may be granted subject to the approval of the Executive Director. Such leave shall be deducted from accrued sick leave. Immediate family shall mean the teacher’s spouse, child, parent or guardian, the parent or guardian of the teacher’s spouse, or the grandparent, grandchild, brother or sister of the employee. No payroll deduction will be made for bereavement leave granted for the death in the immediate family. One (1) day of bereavement leave for other relatives and close personal friends may be granted at the discretion of the Executive Director and will be deducted from accrued sick leave.

Accumulated DaysPayout Formula Upon separation from KCPS, employees in the Units shall be issued payment for all earned, but unused PTO time computed at their current rate of compensation according to the following formula, provided the same is permitted by applicable law: (1) Accumulated PTO shall not exceed two hundred (200) days when computing final payments upon separation from KCPS. (2) Employees shall receive three percent (3%) credit for each year of service, from their most recent employment date at KCPS up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) years or seventy-five percent (75%). (3) The employee’s current daily rates of pay shall be used to compute the accumulated payout. (4) Accumulated pay shall be computed using this formula: (a) Years of service, from the most recent appointment date at KCPS (maximum of 25), times three percent (3%) (maximum of 75%), times the number of accumulated days, times the employee’s current daily rate of pay. (b) A minimum of seven (7) months’ service during a fiscal year shall constitute one (1) year of service. (c) Payment to employees for accumulated leave shall be funded in keeping with the current funding formula. KCFT & SRP will be provided with a copy of any audit or analysis of the severance pay/accumulated PTO program as is maintained in the normal course of business.

(4) Severance pay shall be computed using this formula: ii) Employees hired after January 1, 2009 (1) Employees shall use the one hundred seventy-five (175) day limitation for accumulated sick days when computing their pay. (2) Employees shall receive three percent (3%) credit for each year of service, from their most recent appointment date in the District, up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) years. (3) Employees shall use an average of their daily rate of compensation issued over the course of their employment when computing severance pay. (4) Severance pay shall be computed using the following formula: 3. A minimum of seven (7) months’ service during a fiscal year shall constitute one (1) year of service. 4. Payment to employees for accumulated sick leave shall be funded in keeping with the current funding formula. The Union will be provided with a copy of any audit or analysis of the severance pay/accumulated sick day programs as is maintained in the normal course of business.

  • Accumulated Sick Leave ‌ The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.

  • Accumulation 1. Originating goods or materials from the territory of a Party, incorporated into a good in the territory of the other Party, shall be considered to be originating in the territory of the other Party. 2.   • ACCUMULATION UNITS The interest of this contract in the Separate Account, prior to the date on which amounts become payable under a payment plan, is represented by Accumulation Units. The dollar value of Accumulation Units for each Division will increase or decrease to reflect the investment experience of the Division.   • Sick Leave Accumulation (a) An employee is eligible to accumulate sick leave with full pay at the rate of 16 working hours for each 173 1/3 hours of service. (b) The maximum number of days of sick leave which may be awarded to an employee during any consecutive twenty (20) year period of service shall not exceed 3840 hours.

  • Vacation Accumulation (a) Vacations are not cumulative from year to year. (b) Notwithstanding the above, the Employer may grant a special request from an employee to carryover a maximum of five (5) vacation days into the next year.   • Weekend Premium An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and forty-five cents ($1.45) per hour for each hour worked between 2400 hours Friday to 2400 hours Sunday or such other 48 hour period that the Hospital may establish. If an employee is in receipt of premium payment pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, he will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective June 28, 2005, the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.55 per hour.

  • Maximum Accumulation An employee may accumulate earned leave, excluding the separate vacation balance, if any, to a maximum of twice their annual time management accumulation. As of the end of the pay period in which March 31 falls in each year, any employee credited with accrued leave greater than twice their annual leave accumulation shall forfeit that amount above their maximum accumulation. An employee who has acquired the maximum allowable accumulation of earned leave may continue to accumulate earned leave for the balance of the year in which the maximum accrual was reached, provided, however, that the employee must reduce the accumulation to the maximum allowable prior to the following March 31 or forfeit the excess.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • Shift and Weekend Premium (a) Effective July 1, 2021, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1500 and 0700. Effective July 1, 2022, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and fifteen cents ($1.15) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1500 and 0700. Effective July 1, 2023, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1500 and 0700. (b) Effective July 1, 2021, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective July 1, 2022, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and thirty cents ($1.30) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.
