Subject to the provisions of Section 14, each of the Parties irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of (a) the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware and (b) the United States District Court for the District of Delaware (the “Delaware Courts”) for the purposes of any Action to compel arbitration in accordance with Section 14 and the enforcement of any award issued thereunder or any Decision on Interim Relief.
For the avoidance of doubt, any Party may appeal any Decision on Interim Relief determined by any Emergency Arbitrator to an Arbitral Panel; provided that, such Decision on Interim Relief shall remain enforceable from and after any such appeal, unless and until the Decision on Interim Relief is vacated or modified by the Arbitral Panel.
