Dedicated Crude Oil definition

Dedicated Crude Oil has the meaning given such term in Section 4.1(b).
Dedicated Crude Oil means all Crude Oil produced on or after the Effective Date (except for the Crude Oil produced from the Excluded Xxxxx) that Producer has the right to control and deliver for gathering and that is produced through any Well located in the Dedicated Property.

Examples of Dedicated Crude Oil in a sentence

  • The Gathering System shall be designed for and shall be operated by Gatherer at a discharge pressure sufficient to effect delivery of all of Shipper’s Dedicated Crude Oil to the Delivery Point(s).

  • Shipper shall reimburse Gatherer for any cost, penalty or fee arising from any Imbalance assessed against Gatherer by any Person receiving Dedicated Crude Oil downstream of the Delivery Points, except to the extent such Imbalance was caused by Gatherer.

  • Producer and Shipper may immediately deliver such volumes to any Person other than Gatherer, and Producer and Shipper shall have the right to enter into commitments to deliver such volumes of Dedicated Crude Oil to other third party gatherers, such commitments to be for no longer than reasonably necessary under the circumstances, as determined by Producer and Shipper in their sole discretion.

  • Gatherer shall provide Producer and Shipper notice promptly upon Gatherer’s becoming aware of any reason to believe that it may not be able to connect a Planned CDP to the Gathering System by the Completion Deadline therefor or to otherwise complete all facilities necessary to provide the full scope of the Services with respect to all Dedicated Crude Oil produced through such Planned CDP by the Completion Deadline therefor.

  • Dedicated Crude Oil tendered at the Receipt Points on the Gathering System on any Day shall be Firm Capacity Crude Oil.

  • In such event Provider shall not be in breach or default of its obligations under the Agreement and shall have no liability to Customer in connection with or resulting from any such curtailment; provided, however, that Provider shall, at Customer’s request, temporarily release from the dedication under this Agreement all of Customer’s volumes of Dedicated Crude Oil.

  • Gatherer will maintain records of any Daily and Monthly variances (“Imbalances”) between the volume of Dedicated Crude Oil received at the Receipt Points and the volumes of Crude Oil delivered at the Delivery Points (after PLA and Line Fill allocated to Shipper in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 8.4).

  • All such Delivery Points shall be provided with all interconnection facilities and other Delivery Point facilities (including any Measurement Facilities), and with sufficient capacities, necessary to permit Dedicated Crude Oil to be redelivered at such Delivery Point in accordance with this Agreement (with all expansions of capacity at such new Delivery Points, not including the Delivery Points described on Exhibit B or within the Development Plan, being at Shipper’s sole actual cost, risk and expense).

  • Subject to Section 2.3 through Section 2.5, Shipper exclusively dedicates and commits to deliver to Gatherer, as and when produced and purchased from Producer, all Dedicated Crude Oil into the Gathering System for the performance of the Services under this Agreement.

  • Subject to Section 2.3 through Section 2.5, Producer exclusively dedicates the Dedicated Properties to Gatherer for the performance of the Services under this Agreement and commits to deliver to Gatherer on account of Shipper, as and when produced, all Dedicated Crude Oil into the Gathering System for the performance of the Services under this Agreement.

Related to Dedicated Crude Oil

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Dedicated check source means a radioactive source that is used to assure the constant operation of a radiation detection or measurement device over several months or years. This source may also be used for other purposes.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Terminal means the EMV-enabled machine, terminal or other hardware device you obtain from NCR Voyix as an item of Hardware to use in connection with the Service to make the Offering to the Service User and to access the EMV PSP Service.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Produced water means water recovered from an underground reservoir as a result of crude oil, condensate, or natural gas production and which may be recycled, disposed, or re-injected into an underground reservoir.

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Refiner means any person who owns, operates, or otherwise controls a refinery.

  • Producer means the owner of a well or wells capable of producing oil or gas or both.

  • Storage operator means a person holding or applying for a permit.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Transporter(s) means all Gas gathering or pipeline companies, or local distribution companies, acting in the capacity of a transporter, transporting Gas for Seller or Buyer upstream or downstream, respectively, of the Delivery Point pursuant to a particular transaction.
