Deemed Energy definition

Deemed Energy means that Energy Output that would otherwise be available to the Buyer, but for a System Event or a Compensation Event, as determined in accordance with Schedule 5 (Deemed Energy Payment);
Deemed Energy means, in any hour during the Energy Delivery Period: (i) the amount of Turn-Down Energy in that hour for which the Buyer is required to pay the Seller pursuant to section 7.10(c); and (ii) the amount of Constraint Energy in that hour for which the Buyer is required to pay the Seller pursuant to section 7.10(d).
Deemed Energy means that Energy Output that would otherwise be available to the Buyer, but for a System Event or a Compensation Event, as determined in accordance with Schedule 6 (Deemed Energy Payment).

More Definitions of Deemed Energy

Deemed Energy shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 4.6;
Deemed Energy means the amount of electrical energy, in kWh, that the Producer would have generated and delivered at the Delivery Point in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (i) if the Balance Responsible Entity designated by the Buyer had complied with its commitments under the Balancing Agreement, and/or (ii) if the Buyer had complied with its obligation to designate a Balance Responsible Entity in accordance with Clause 8.2. Deemed Energy has the meaning given in Article 2.9.
Deemed Energy means the energy that would have been delivered by the Facility to the Point of Delivery if the Facility’s production had not been reduced, subject to Clauses 4.6 and 10.2;

The calculation of Deemed Energy will consider all or a portion of the Wind Turbines taken out of service due to the curtailment but excluding any Wind Turbines taken out of service or operating at a reduced capacity for other reasons, and adjusted to account for electrical losses in delivering Energy to the Point of Delivery. Buyer shall have the right to review and approve Seller's calculations and data utilized to develop the calculations of Deemed Energy. Deemed Energy results shall be trued up to correct for consistently biased calculation error based on assessment of normal operations periods before and after any given curtailment event. Other calculation methods for Deemed Energy may be used by Seller with consent of Buyer, and such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld if Seller's proposed method is consistent with Prudent Utility Practices.
