Deferred Stock Unit Account definition

Deferred Stock Unit Account means an account established and maintained by the Company for each Nonemployee Director who receives Stock Units under the Plan.
Deferred Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account established for each Deferral Participant in accordance with Section 2 of Article VI.
Deferred Stock Unit Account means the separate account maintained on the books of the Company for each Participant pursuant to Section 4.

Deferred Stock Unit Account means a bookkeeping account maintained by the Company reflecting the number of Deferred Stock Units credited to a Participant pursuant to Section 6.2 hereof as a result of the Participant’s Stock Election.
