Deliverable Date definition

Deliverable Date means any fixed date to be met by the Contractor in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement, as specified in Item 3 or Item 4.
Deliverable Date has the meaning set out in each applicable Work Package.

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Notice Cut-off Date means the date specified as such in the Conversion Shares Settlement Request Notice, which date shall be at least forty (40) Business Days following the Suspension Date.

  • Notification Time means 11:00 a.m., New York time, on a Local Business Day.

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;
