Work Package. 6.5.1 The Work Packages shall be in accordance with Appendices A1-A2 and shall set out the specifications and special requests concerning the Services, and shall include, among others the following items: a) Details of the Services and specific scope of the work to be carried out; b) Deliverables to be provided (characteristics, reports, maps, etc.); c) Name of ISR coordinator for each Work Package; d) Time schedule for each Work Package. Such time schedule shall include, but is not limited to, details relating to the continuity of work, vacation or leave time, transportation requirements both within, and to and from Israel, work location; e) The identities of the Personnel who will perform the Services; f) Work Package Price, as detailed below. g) Milestones for payment the Work Package Price. Only a Work Package dully signed by ISR shall oblige ISR. 6.5.2 Upon completion of each Work Package, the Consultant shall submit to ISR’s Project Manager a signed form evidencing completion of the specific Work Package in the form attached hereto as Annex B2 (“Certificate of Completion”).
Work Package is a deliverable at the lowest level of the WBS, and may be divided into activities and used to identify and control work flows in the organization.
Work Package. As a material consideration for entering into this Agreement, DB Contractor hereby commits, and TxDOT is relying upon DB Contractor’s commitment, to develop the Project in accordance with the time periods set forth in this Agreement. Except where this Agreement expressly provides for an extension of time, the time limitations set forth in the Contract Documents for DB Contractor’s performance of its covenants, conditions and obligations are of the essence, and DB Contractor waives any right at law or in equity to tender or complete performance beyond the applicable time period, or to require TxDOT to accept such performance.

Work Package. 1 First part of the Work Package 1 consists of assessing the properties of aggregates produced in Lithuania based on the requirements stated in the RB DG (see Annex A), UIC 719R and this document (see Table 1 and Annex B). Work Package. 5 – ULSP validation WORK PACKAGE SUMMARY The objective of this work package is to gather all the newly developed features of this project to create the prototype of the ULSP workstation including validation of technology at real condition with real 3D laser printed metal parts of MS1 steel and Inconel for metal machining tools (instruments) and automotive parts. The different modules and software components of ULSP workstation will be validated in the relevant environment. The ULSP validation work package will consist of the assembling and validation - of the software components developed by DMC. By the end of the project, all the new functionalities will be integrated within the CAN environment proposed by DMC for integral laser, beam delivery & beam shaping, specimen positioning and in-line monitoring. The small scale testing will allow to perform several design improvements and be ready for the realization of the full-scale ULSP machine. The ULSP prototype will be tested on 3D laser printed metal parts of MS1 steel and Inconel 718 for metal machining tools (instruments) and automotive parts. - of Mechanical and material properties validation on fabricated parts, including material structure validation. All the specimens will be tested at UWB and SVUM laboratories. - final validation of the mechanical properties of the static, dynamic and fatigue load according of EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard. These tests will be performed at SVUM certified laboratories and test rooms. - on industry demonstrator for selected SVUM existing customers from automotive and metal tools instruments. As an output of this work package a complete validated ULSP workstation will be demonstrated including ULSP demonstration on real 3D printed [arts for selected customers. The final laser system optomechanical concept will be validated and the part drawings will be ready to launch the production of the production line. WORK PACKAGE START TIME Month 24.
