Launch Support Services definition

Launch Support Services means those services specified in Exhibit A, Statement of Work to be provided by Contractor in support of Launch Services.
Launch Support Services has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 1.
Launch Support Services means those services specified in Exhibit A (Statement of Work) to be provided by Boeing in support of Launch Services.

Examples of Launch Support Services in a sentence

  • Boeing shall, at no additional cost to Customer, maintain compatibility of the Satellite for Launch with the list of five (5) candidate Launch Vehicles (based on the user manuals as of EDC for such candidate Launch Vehicles) set forth in Article 4.2 (Launch Support Services) up to fifteen months after EDC or CDR, whichever is earlier (the “Launch Vehicle Change Date”).

  • Contractor shall provide the Launch Support Services set forth in Exhibit 1.

  • The Contractor will contract directly with the Designated Launch Agency for Launch Support Services and will coordinate all matters relating to launch operations.

  • In the event Boeing breaches this warranty, as Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, Boeing shall correct the Non-Conformances in the provision of such Deliverable Services where it is practical to do so (e.g., Boeing cannot correct deficiencies in, or re-perform, Launch Support Services from and after Launch).

  • Acceptance of other services provided hereunder (e.g., Launch Support Services and Mission Operations Support Services), or any part thereof, shall occur upon Contractor furnishing such services, or such part thereof, to Purchaser in accordance with the Delivery schedule set forth in Article 3.1 and in a condition conforming to the requirements of this Contract.

  • Following the completion of the SPSR for the SATMEX 8 Satellite pursuant to Article 9, Contractor shall transport such SATMEX 8 Satellite, in accordance with Contractor’s standard commercial practices, to the Launch Site and proceed with the Launch Support Services.

  • Upon arrival of the Satellite at the Launch Site, Boeing shall proceed with the provision of Launch Support Services in accordance with Exhibit A (Statement of Work).

  • Acceptance of other Services provided hereunder (e.g., Launch Support Services and Mission Operations Support Services), or any part thereof, shall occur upon Contractor furnishing such Services, or such part thereof, to MSV in accordance with the Delivery Schedule set forth in Article 3.1 and in a condition conforming to the requirements of this Contract, unless rejected by MSV in writing within ten (10) Business Days after the date MSV has knowledge of the non-conforming condition.

  • Upon arrival of the Satellite at the Launch Site, Contractor shall proceed with the provision of Launch Support Services in accordance with Exhibit A, Statement of Work.

  • Contractor is willing to furnish such Satellite, Satellite Control Facilities, Launch Support Services, Mission Support Services, Training services and other items and services to the extent of and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, in consideration of the price and other valid consideration.


More Definitions of Launch Support Services

Launch Support Services means the services Contractor shall provide pursuant to this Contract in support of the launch of the Spacecraft, as more fully set forth in section 3.4 of Exhibit A.
Launch Support Services means those services specified in the SOW, Exhibit A, to be provided by Contractor in support of Launch Services.
Launch Support Services means all launch support Services necessary to support the launch of each Satellite, including as set forth in Exhibit A.
Launch Support Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.2.
Launch Support Services means the services specified in Section 3 of the SOW.

Related to Launch Support Services

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Community support services means services authorized,

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.
