Delivery Shares definition

Delivery Shares means those shares of Common Stock issuable and deliverable upon the exercise of this Warrant.

  • If, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, delivery of the Delivery Shares cannot be made due to a Settlement Disruption Event existing on the Maturity Date, the Maturity Date shall be the next Delivery Business Day, on which no Settlement Disruption Event exists.

Related to Delivery Shares

  • Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Corporation;
