Demanding Party definition

Demanding Party has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).
Demanding Party has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(a).
Demanding Party means an individual who has been denied a license to practice respiratory care by the Board and who, as a result, demands that a hearing be held before the Board on the issue of such denial.

  • If the Demanding Party is a shareholder of the Company, it may attend the general meeting and will be included in the count for the quorum but may not take part in the vote.

  • Any additional non-managing underwriters shall be agreed upon by the Demanding Party and the Company after consultation with the managing underwriters.
