Demanding Party definition

Demanding Party has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).

Demanding Party means an individual who has been denied a license to practice respiratory care by the Board and who, as a result, demands that a hearing be held before the Board on the issue of such denial.

Demanding Party has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(a).

Examples of Demanding Party in a sentence

If the Demanding Party is a shareholder of the Company, it may attend the general meeting and will be included in the count for the quorum but may not take part in the vote.
Any additional non-managing underwriters shall be agreed upon by the Demanding Party and the Company after consultation with the managing underwriters.
There shall be two (2) managing underwriters, and the Demanding Party shall have the right to select one of the managing underwriters to administer such offering, with the Company selecting the other managing underwriter.

Code by the Board and who, as a result, demands that a hearing be held before the Board on the issue of such denial, which is not related to the requirements for such license, permit, registration or certificate as specified by W. Va. Code or the Rules of the Board.

Demanding Party shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.15(a).
