Deployment Servers definition

Deployment Servers means computer servers, including without limitation desktop computers, owned or controlled by Licensee.
Deployment Servers means unique CPUs or computer servers owned or controlled by Licensee, or an end-user of Licensee's Works that has entered into a written license agreement for the use of such Works (an "End User"). During the Trial Term, the "Licensed Number of Deployment Servers" shall be unlimited. During any Commercial Term, the "Licensed Number of Deployment Servers" shall be equal to the number of Deployment Servers for which a License Fee has been received by JNBridge.

  • Value-Added Applications and map caches can be used with Staging and Deployment Servers.

  • If End User elects to extend the Term of this Agreement beyond the Trial Term, and in consideration of Red Oak extending the Term of this Agreement beyond the Trial Term, End User will provide Red Oak with payment of Red Oak's then-current license fee for the number of Deployment Servers on which End User desires to install the Software ("License Fee").

  • All payments of License Fees shall identify the Licensed Number of Deployment Servers to which the License Fee applies and shall otherwise be made in the form and to the address set forth on the xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx web site.

Related to Deployment Servers

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Supported employment services means provision of job training and supervision available to assist an individual who needs intensive ongoing support to choose, get, and keep a job in a community business setting. Supported employment is a service planned in partnership with public vocational assistance agencies and school districts and through Social Security Work Incentives when available.

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

  • Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

  • Internet service means a service that enables users to access proprietary and other content,

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information” on the Website.

  • Employment services organization means an organization that provides community-based employment services to individuals with disabilities that is an approved Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredited vendor of the Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services.
