Direct Billing. The Parties shall pay each other for all charges in accordance with the rates set forth in Appendix A of this Agreement. Such payments are to be received within forty-five (45) days from the date of the billing statement. With respect to this matter and any other subsequent dispute regarding billing, the Parties agree that disputed and undisputed amounts due under this Agreement shall be handled as follows: 5.2.1 If any portion of an amount due to a Party (the "Billing Party") under this Agreement is subject to a bona fide dispute between the Parties, the Party billed (the "Non-Paying Party") shall, within forty-five (45) days from the date of the billing statement, give written notice to the Billing Party of the amounts it disputes ("Disputed Amounts") and include in such notice the specific details and reasons for disputing each item. Specific details must be provided; disputing the entire billed amount without providing detailed reasons is not considered a bona fide dispute. The Non-Paying Party shall pay when due all undisputed amounts to the Billing Party. The Parties will work together in good faith to resolve issues relating to the disputed amounts. If the dispute is resolved such that payment is required, the Non-paying Party shall pay the disputed amounts with interest at the lesser of (i) one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) per month or (ii) the highest rate of interest that may be charged under Pennsylvania's applicable law. In addition, the Billing Party may cease terminating traffic for the Non-paying Party after undisputed amounts not paid become more than ninety (90) days past due, provided the Billing Party gives an additional thirty (30) days’ notice and opportunity to cure the default. 5.2.2 Any undisputed amounts not paid when due within the forty-five (45)- day period shall accrue interest from the date such amounts were due at the lesser of (i) one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) per month or (ii) the highest rate of interest that may be charged under applicable law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Each Party shall pay the other Party the reasonable amount of the collecting Party's expenses related to collection of overdue bills, such amounts to include reasonable attorney fees.

Direct Billing. Synthelabo shall obtain PRAECIS's agreement before issuing orders for direct billing, showing payment due to Synthelabo, and shipping of Licensed Products from PRAECIS to a Third Party. If PRAECIS agrees and accepts such orders, Synthelabo shall include such sales in all reports required hereunder and shall make payment to PRAECIS therefor as if such products had been shipped to Synthelabo and then shipped by Synthelabo to such Third Party as provided herein, less any remittances therefor received by PRAECIS from such Third Party.
Direct Billing. If Tenant is billed directly by a public utility with respect to Tenant’s electrical usage at the Premises, then, upon request, Tenant shall provide monthly electrical utility usage for the Premises to Landlord for the period of time requested by Landlord (in electronic or paper format) or, at Landlord’s option, provide any written authorization or other documentation required for Landlord to request information regarding Tenant’s electricity usage with respect to the Premises directly from the applicable utility company.
Direct Billing. Airline may during the term of this Agreement request that certain Orbitz Customers or other third parties to be qualified for direct billing by Orbitz. Upon mutual agreement by Orbitz and Airline, and provided such Orbitz Customer or other third party executes an appropriate agreement with Orbitz, (i) Orbitz will invoice such Orbitz Customer or other third party for the Network Fees for Tickets booked by such Orbitz Customer or other third party and (ii) Airline will have no obligation to pay the applicable Network Fees for Tickets booked by such Orbitz Customer or other third party.
Direct Billing. Company may use T-Mobile’s Direct Billing APIs solely to allow Subscribers to charge their Product transactions directly to their monthly T-Mobile xxxx. 2.1 Direct Billing Guidelines. Company’s Direct Billing activities and all Products must comply at all times with this Addendum and the Direct Billing Guidelines. T-Mobile may update the Direct Billing Guidelines from time to time at its discretion. T-Mobile will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Company notice of any material changes to the Direct Billing Guidelines. However, Company should regularly check the Direct Billing Guidelines for changes to maintain compliance.
Direct Billing. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, Provider shall directly xxxx patients and/or third party payers for all professional components. Hospital shall make available within thirty (30) days of the date of service the usual social security and insurance information to facilitate direct billing. Provider access to Hospital’s Electronic Health Record system qualifies as availability. Unless specifically agreed to in writing or elsewhere in this Agreement, Hospital is not otherwise responsible for the billing or collection of professional component fees. Provider agrees to maintain a mandatory assignment contract with Medicaid and Medicare.
Direct Billing. Group may hold the Event without making any advance deposit, and be invoiced for the amount of the Master Account (“Direct Billing”) if Hotel provides advance written approval of such direct billing. Group may apply to Hotel for Direct Billing by requesting, completing and submitting an application form provided by Hotel. Hotel shall have sole and absolute discretion to deny any credit application or to approve less than the full amount of credit requested.
