Design Deliverables definition

Design Deliverables means all drawings, specifications or other documents or materials required to give effect to the Vendor's Design Obligations, or otherwise required to be provided by the Vendor.
Design Deliverables means all documents, work product and other materials that Supplier is required to or otherwise does deliver to University hereunder in connection with the Design Services, including those items designated under the heading "Design Deliverables" in the Statement of Work.
Design Deliverables means any design or design related information required to be submitted for Approval as required by this Agreement. For convenience, most Design Deliverables are listed or otherwise identified in the Contract Data Requirements List (Exhibit 10).

  • Upon completion of the Agreement, Client will own the final Graphic Design Deliverables.

More Definitions of Design Deliverables

Design Deliverables means the Design Package deliverables to be prepared and submitted by Project Co for each of the Design Stages identified in the Design Deliverables Tables.

Downstream Services has the meaning given to it in Clause 6.2(a). Explanation has the meaning given to it in the Project Agreement. Fee means the amount payable to the Independent Certifier for the performance of the Services in accordance with Clause 3.3 and Schedule 3 (Payment Schedule).
Design Deliverables has the meaning given to it in Schedule 5 (Design Development). Design Departures Schedule means the schedule of design and technical departures to Schedule 12 (Design Specifications) and Attachment 1 (Bid Design Documentation) as set out in Schedule 22 (Design Departures Schedule). Design Development Plan has the meaning given to it in Schedule 5 (Design Development). Design Development Process means the process for the development of the design of the Facility to be implemented in accordance with Schedule 5 (Design Development).
