More Definitions of Design Development Report

Design Development Report means the report in respect of the Design Development Stage to be prepared by the Operator in accordance with Clause 11.6. Design Development Stage means the design stage undertaken by the Operator under this Agreement, during which further design work is undertaken to refine the functionality and constructability of the design work undertaken during the Schematic Design Stage, but prior to the commencement of the Detailed Design Stage. Related to Design Development Report

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a professional engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories and whose principal field of specialization is the design and construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment;
