Designated Receipt Point definition

Designated Receipt Point means, in respect of a Term Shipper, the Carrier’s Edmonton Terminal.
Designated Receipt Point means, in respect of a Firm Service Shipper, the Receipt Point designated by such Firm Service Shipper in a Contract.
Designated Receipt Point means, for a Service Option, the receipt point designated by the Shipper in Schedule A;

  • The Supplier shall act on behalf of the Customer to acquire supplies and to deliver such supplies to the Designated Receipt Point pursuant to the service selected by the Customer and the requirements of the applicable tariff for Distribution Service.

  • This service provides firm, 365-day transportation of Customer purchased Gas from the Designated Receipt Point to the Delivery Point on any Gas Day for Customers, without the requirement for recording Gas Usage at the Delivery Point on a daily basis.

  • The Company shall provide transportation of Customer purchased Gas from the Designated Receipt Point to the Delivery Point in accordance with the service selected by the Customer pursuant to Sections 11.0 or 12.0 of these Terms and Conditions and the applicable tariffs for firm and interruptible Distribution Service.

  • This service provides firm, year-round delivery of Customer purchased Gas from the Designated Receipt Point to the Delivery Point on any Gas Day for Customers, without the requirement of recording Gas Usage at the Delivery Point on a daily basis.

  • Delivery Service: The distribution of Gas by the Company on any Gas Day from the Designated Receipt Point to the Customer’s Delivery Point and related Customer services.

  • Supplier: Any entity that has met the Company’s requirements set forth in Part VII, Section 20 and that has been designated by a Customer to supply Gas to a Designated Receipt Point for the Customer’s account; provided, however, that a Customer may act as its own Supplier in accordance with Part VII, Section 5.2 .

Designated Receipt Point has the meaning set forth in the Rules and Regulations; “Expanded System” has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement; “Expansion” has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement;
Designated Receipt Point means, in respect of a Term Shipper, the Trans Mountain Edmonton Terminal.

Related to Designated Receipt Point

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Harvest batch means a specifically identified quantity of dried flower or trim, leaves, and other cannabis plant matter that is uniform in strain, harvested at the same time, and, if applicable, cultivated using the same pesticides and other agricultural chemicals, and harvested at the same time.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Dosimetry processor means an individual or an organization that processes and evaluates individual monitoring devices in order to determine the radiation dose delivered to the monitoring devices.

  • Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP) means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.
