Desk Space User definition

Desk Space User means a bona fide client, service provider, or other person or entity with which Tenant has a significant, ongoing business relationship.
Desk Space User means bona fide clients, business partners, joint venture partners and concessionaries of Tenant, accountants engaged by Tenant, government auditors having jurisdiction over Tenant’s business in the Premises for a purpose associated with the business of Tenant, and persons or entities to whom Tenant has outsourced business functions or with which Tenant has an active and meaningful business relationship, including governmental oversight. The number of occupants in the Premises (or any portion thereof) at any time shall not exceed the maximum allowable under applicable law.
Desk Space User means a bona fide client, service provider, or other person or entity with which Tenant has a material, ongoing business relationship (but excluding Service Providers).

Examples of Desk Space User in a sentence

  • The provisions of Subsections C and I of this Article shall not apply to any transaction with a Desk Space User.

  • The exercise of this Renewal Option by Tenant shall be conditioned upon the occupancy of at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the then rentable square foot area of the demised premises by Tenant and/or any Affiliate of Tenant or Desk Space User.

  • Upon request of Landlord, Tenant shall advise Landlord of any Desk Space Users in the Premises, and shall provide (A) a description of the nature and character of the business being conducted in the Premises by such Desk Space User and (B) the rentable square feet of the Premises occupied by such Desk Space User, together with a copy of the agreement, if any, relating to the use or occupancy of such portion of the Premises by such Desk Space User.

  • Prior to entering into any such desk sharing arrangement, Tenant shall provide Landlord with (1) the identity of the Desk Space User, (2) a floor plan showing the area of the Premises to be occupied by such Desk Space User, and (3) a copy of any written agreement between Tenant and the Desk Space User.

  • Upon request, Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing of all Desk Space Users (if any) occupying the Premises, which notice shall include (i) the identity of the Desk Space User and (ii) a statement by Tenant that Tenant is in compliance with the provisions of this Section 5.07 with respect to such Desk Space User.

  • Landlord shall have the right from time to time to require Tenant to provide it with a list of Desk Space Users currently occupying Desk Space Area at the Premises, including (1) the identity of the Desk Space User, (2) a description of the nature and character of its business conducted in the Premises, and (3) the rentable square feet occupied by such Desk Space User.

  • At Landlord’s request, from time to time, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a list setting forth the name of each then existing Desk Space User.

  • Subtenant acknowledges and agrees that (x) any Desk Space User agreement shall be subject and subordinate to all of the terms, covenants, and conditions of this Sublease and the Prime Lease, (y) notwithstanding any Desk Space User agreement, Subtenant shall remain fully liable for all of Subtenant’s obligations under this Sublease, and (z) Subtenant’s right granted hereunder is a personal right limited solely to Subtenant and/or any assignee pursuant to a Permitted Transfer.

  • Provided the foregoing requirements are satisfied by Tenant, Landlord’s consent shall not be required in connection with such Desk Space User.

  • Tenant shall indemnify Landlord against any and all loss, cost, damage, liability and expense of any nature (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements) arising from, relating to or in connection with the use of the Premises (or any actions or omissions) by any Desk Space User.


More Definitions of Desk Space User

Desk Space User means any person or entity who is a customer, consultant, regulatory authority having jurisdiction over Tenant, auditor, employee, officer, director, or otherwise affiliated with Tenant or an organization or entity (1) for which Tenant provides, or from which Tenant obtains, any services on a regular or semi-regular basis, (2) for which Tenant provides training, (3) with which Tenant co-hosts or co-sponsors presentations, meetings, seminars, training sessions, or other functions or events, (4) which is consulting with, or working on a project with, Tenant, or (5) that is consulting with or working with Tenant on a particular transaction, in each case in connection with the customary conduct of Tenant’s business at the Premises. At Landlord’s request, from time to time, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a list setting forth the name of each then existing Desk Space User together with a description of the nature of his or her business, the approximate rentable square foot area occupied by such Desk Space User and the relationship of such Desk Space User to Tenant. Any such use of the Premises by Desk Space User(s) shall not relieve Tenant of any of its obligations under this Lease. Tenant shall indemnify Landlord from and against any and all loss, cost, damage, liability and expense of any nature (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneysfees and disbursements) arising from, relating to or in connection with the use of the Premises by (or any actions or omissions of) any Desk Space User.
Desk Space User means a bona fide affiliate of Subtenant, or other entity with which Subtenant typically co-locates and with which Subtenant has an ongoing bona fide business relationship. Subtenant acknowledges and agrees that (x) any Desk Space User agreement shall be subject and subordinate to all of the terms, covenants, and conditions of this Sublease and the Prime Lease, (y) notwithstanding any Desk Space User agreement, Subtenant shall remain fully liable for all of Subtenant’s obligations under this Sublease, and (z) Subtenant’s right granted hereunder is a personal right limited solely to Subtenant and/or any assignee pursuant to a Permitted Transfer.
Desk Space User means any person who is an employee, officer, director, or otherwise affiliated with any organization or entity actively engaged in venture capital and/or wealth management. At Landlord’s request, from time to time, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a list setting forth the name of each then existing Desk Space User. Any such use of the Premises by Desk Space User(s) shall not relieve Tenant of its obligations under this Lease. Tenant shall indemnify Landlord against any and all loss, cost, damage, liability and expense of any nature (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneysfees and disbursements) arising from, relating to or in connection with the use of the Premises (or any actions or omissions) by any Desk Space User.

Related to Desk Space User

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for the provision of the Goods and/or Services (or any of them);

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Work space means that portion of the court’s facilities dedicated to each court reporter, including but not limited to actual space in the courtroom and any designated office space.

  • bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack, locker or bicycle stacker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;

  • Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Customer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Parking Space The County shall attempt to provide adequate free parking facilities for employees within a reasonable distance of their work locations.

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • Open space means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective link or a buffer between other resources.

  • Exhibition Space means any space in the Exhibition Centre licensed to the Exhibitor by the Organisers for the purpose of the Exhibition under these Terms and Conditions and shall include shell (ready stand) spaces and nonshell (raw) spaces.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Service User means your customer, (i.e., the purchaser of the Offering).

  • Leased space means a self−service storage unit or a space located within a self−service storage facility that a lessee is enti- tled to use for the storage of personal property on a self−service basis pursuant to a rental agreement and that is not rented or pro- vided to the lessee in conjunction with property for residential use by the lessee.

  • residential premises means a house, building, structure, shelter, or mobile home, or portion thereof, used as a dwelling, home, residence, or living place by 1 or more human beings. “Residential premises” includes an apartment unit, a boardinghouse, a rooming house, a mobile home, a mobile home space, and a single or multiple family dwelling, but does not include a hotel, a motel, motor home, or other tourist accommodation, when used as a temporary accommodation for guests or tourists, or premises used as the principal place of residence of the owner and rented occasionally during temporary absences including vacation or sabbatical leave.

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • Active User means PSC employees, and any users actively participating on the system in any given month of operation, who shall be bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Licensor does not impose a limit on the number of Active Users accessing or registering to use the system.

  • Space means the volume of gas which a user of a storage facility is entitled to use for the storage of gas;

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portion of the Ground Floor of the Building and also open spaces at the ground level of the said premises as expressed or intended by the Developer, at their sole discretion, for parking of motor cars/two wheelers etc.

  • Loading Space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.
