Detailed Investor Report means any detailed investor report in the form as set out in Schedule 1, Part B (Sample detailed investor report) to the Servicing Agreement, or in a form as otherwise agreed between the Servicer, the Seller and the Issuer, which shall be prepared by the Servicer with respect to each Collection Period;
