Development Budget and Schedule. Except as set forth on Schedule , to Branch's knowledge, each Development Property is zoned for the lawful development and/or redevelopment thereon (except for the proposed expansion of Xxxxx Springs Village, which is subject to rezoning), and Branch or the Subpartnerships, as applicable, have obtained all permits, licenses, consents and authorizations required for the current stage of development or redevelopment thereon, the absence of which would have a Material Adverse Effect on the applicable Property.
