Development Budgets definition

Development Budgets means the budgets for the Businesses under Development for the year ending December 31, 2000 identified as such and included as part of Schedule 7.02(b) to the Parent’s Disclosure Letter.
Development Budgets means the set of expenditures, costs, and other resources anticipated to be devoted by the respective parties to the Development Tasks during a Development Period.
Development Budgets means the Pre-POC Development Budget and the Global Development Budget.
