Development Completion definition

Development Completion means the moment the required building/ development permit conditions and requirements have been met for the purposes of the development permit application and/ or the final inspection reports have been received (as required for the project).
Development Completion means the earlier of (a) twelve (12) months after substantial completion of all improvements (other than tenant improvements of unoccupied space) related to the development of such Property and (b) such time as Construction-in-Progress achieves an Occupancy Rate of at least eighty percent (80.0%).
Development Completion means substantial completion of the Development, as evidenced by the issuance of a temporary or permanent certificate of occupancy.

  • Unicoin shall grant Investors the necessary powers of attorney to enable Investors to perform all necessary actions to fulfill their Development Responsibilities and achieve Development Completion.

Development Completion means, with respect to a [***] completion of its obligations [***].
