Development Conditions definition

Development Conditions means the conditions imposed from time to time by the Association in order to regulate and control development and building activities in the Reserve and which conditions are contained in the Building Rules, Architectural Design Guidelines and the Constitution of the Association;
Development Conditions means the Development Conditions annexed hereto as Annexure “A”, and shall include any amendments or additions thereto imposed from time to time by the Association;

More Definitions of Development Conditions

Development Conditions means the conditions set out in the detailed local plans or, in the absence of the general local plan or both, designated by the planning authority and serving as the basis for compiling the necessary documentation for obtaining the construction permits.
Development Conditions means the conditions contained within this Annexure 1;
Development Conditions means all conditions set forth in City Resolution No. 2018/11-90, City Resolution No. 2018/11-92, and any other resolution, condition or requirement of any governmental authority in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

Development Conditions means and refer to the revised building and development standards for the Property set out in Exhibit B-2 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Exhibit B-2 to the Development Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit B-2 hereto. The term “Kanawha Concept Plan Documents” and its definition are deleted and replaced with the term “Concept Plan Documents” as defined below. Additionally, wherever the term “Kanawha Concept Plan Documents” appears in the Development Agreement, it shall be replaced with the term “Concept Plan Documents.”

Related to Development Conditions

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:
