  • The Developer agrees to pay and discharge, promptly and when the same shall become due, all general real estate taxes, and all applicable interest and penalties thereon, that at any time shall become due and payable upon or with respect to, or which shall become liens upon, any part of the Development Project Site.

Related to Development Project Site

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.
