DHE Customer Transaction definition

DHE Customer Transaction means each instance in which a DHE Customer is authorized by Licensee to receive, decrypt and play a copy of a DHE Included Program from the DHE Service by delivery from the DHE Service to one Approved Device.
DHE Customer Transaction means a DHE Standard Customer Transaction, DHE Point of Sale Transaction and a UV DHE Customer Transaction. Article 1 of the DHE General Terms is hereby amended by deleting the defined termDHE Included Program” and replacing it as follows:
DHE Customer Transaction means each order transaction initiated by a DHE Customer instance in which whereby a DHE Customer is authorized to received, decrypt and play a DHE Included Program as part of the DHE Service in exchange for a corresponding per-transaction fee. Examples of DHE Customer Transaction in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, allows Licensee to offer users the ability to obtain a UV DHE Included Program (a) via so-called “disc-to- digital,” (b) without being charged a discrete fee for a UV DHE Customer Transaction, or (c) otherwise separate or apart from a Rights Token Authorization.

  • We need to acknowledge that different stakeholders involved in the learning process are going through their own challenges and changes, be it familial, career, technological or well-being related.

  • Subject to the limit set forth in subsection (i) above, Licensee may permit a DHE Customer to have DHE Included Programs purchased pursuant to a DHE Customer Transaction active on (i.e., viewable on) all Approved Devices currently registered to his or her Customer Account.

  • For each DHE Included Program, if the Actual DHE Per-Program Fee exceeds the DHE Minimum Per-Title Guarantee, such excess amount is the “DHE Overage.” Licensee shall pay Licensor any DHE Overage within thirty (30) days after the end of the month during which the DHE Customer Transaction giving rise to such DHE Overage occurs.

  • The price charged to a Customer by Licensee (“DHE Customer Price”) for each DHE Customer Transaction in the applicable Territory shall be established by Licensee in its sole discretion.

  • Licensee shall not, pursuant to each UV DHE Customer Transaction and each UV DHE Redemption, distribute or exhibit the applicable UV DHE Included Program to the UV DHE Customer in a non-UV-enabled manner (i.e., via Electronic Download and/or Digital Locker Functionality as provided in the Original Agreement).


More Definitions of DHE Customer Transaction

DHE Customer Transaction means any instance whereby a Customer is authorized to receive an exhibition of all or a part of a DHE Included Program as part of the DHE Service.

Related to DHE Customer Transaction

  • Consumer transaction means a transaction in which (i) an individual incurs an obligation primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, (ii) a security interest secures the obligation, and (iii) the collateral is held or acquired primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. The term includes consumer-goods transactions.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Transaction Data is anonymized or aggregated data which has had all personally identifiable information removed.

  • Suspicious transaction means a “transaction” as defined below, including an attempted transaction, whether or not made in cash, which, to a person acting in good faith:

  • Online Transaction means any Phone/Electronic Transaction requested through an Electronic Transmission over the Internet.

  • Master Transaction Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • End User Agreement means any agreement that Eligible Users are required to sign in order to participate in this Contract including an end user agreement, customer agreement, memorandum of understanding, statement of work, lease agreement, service level agreement, or any other named separate agreement.

  • Transaction-Specific Hedge means any Transaction that is an interest rate cap, interest rate floor or interest rate swaption, or an interest rate swap if (x) the notional amount of the interest rate swap is “balance guaranteed” or (y) the notional amount of the interest rate swap for any Calculation Period otherwise is not a specific dollar amount that is fixed at the inception of the Transaction.

  • Card Transaction means any purchase of goods and/or services or any transfer or cash advances effected by the use of a Card;

  • Card Transactions means the value of goods and services purchased by means of the Card, and evidenced by sales receipt, or cash withdrawals effected with his Card, or at any point of sale.

  • Reseller Agreement means the separate agreement between Customer and Reseller regarding the Services. The Reseller Agreement is independent of and outside the scope of This Agreement.

  • Transaction Receipt means a confirmation that is transmitted to a registered User after a registered User has submitted a transaction to the Court through a Vendor. The Transaction Receipt displays the date and time the transaction was submitted by the registered User through the Vendor.

  • Pawn transaction means the same as that term is defined in Section 13-32a-102.

  • Existing Customer means an individual who has purchased goods or services from a person, who is the recipient of a voice communication from that person, and who either paid for the goods or services within the 12 months preceding the voice communication or has not paid for the goods and services at the time of the voice communication because of a prior agreement between the person and the individual.

  • Informed Customer Consent means, in the case where consent is required: (1) the Customer is provided with a clear statement of the data or information to be collected and allowable uses of that data or information by the party seeking consent; (2) the frequency of data or information release and the duration of time for which the consent is valid; and (3) process by which the Customer may revoke consent. In no case shall silence by the Customer ever be construed to mean express or implied consent to a request by the Company, or its Contractors. Customer consent shall be provided directly from the Customer and documented in writing, subject to forms and processes as defined by the Company.

  • Program Agreement means an agreement between the Contractor and DSHS containing special terms and conditions, including a statement of work to be performed by the Contractor and payment to be made by DSHS.

  • Customer Assets means the Customer’s infrastructure, data, software, materials, assets, equipment or other property owned by and/or licensed or leased to the Customer and which is or may be used in connection with the provision of the Goods and/or Services;

  • Eligible customer-generator means a customer-generator whose net energy metering system for renewable resources, cogeneration, fuel cells, and microturbines meets all applicable safety and performance standards.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Cardholder Agreement means the agreement between Bank and a Cardholder governing the terms and use of a Card.

  • User Agreement means an agreement for the provision of Access to the Services.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates established and/or doing business in the EEA, or United Kingdom;
