Digital Iris Services means the hosted software including Software Maintenance Services subscribed to by Customer, to operate the T2C pay station(s) and any optional services as set out in the Quote(s).

Examples of Digital Iris Services in a sentence

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer may not sell, rent, loan or otherwise grant any rights in or to the Digital Iris Services, or permit any other party to do so.

  • Software Maintenance Services include updates to Digital Iris Services, access to new General Availability (“GA”) software and peripheral firmware updates, where applicable.

  • If Digital Iris Services are terminated for non payment, T2C has the right to charge a reactivation fee per pay station if Digital Iris Services are subsequently reinstated.

  • Software Maintenances cannot be separated from Digital Iris Services.

  • If Customer does not understand the requirements for the proper use of the Digital Iris Services, Customer must contact T2C for additional information.

  • When a Customer is adding a subscribed Digital Iris Service, T2C will issue an invoice prorated to the date the service change was executed to match the existing Digital Iris Services billing cycle and terms.

  • If Customer does not understand the requirements for the proper use of the Digital Iris Services, Customer must contact DPT for additional information.

  • Customer access to the Digital Iris Services granted pursuant to this Addendum may be terminated by T2C upon thirty (30) days prior written notice in the event Customer fails to make any payments of Fees when due under this Addendum.

  • Customer shall use the Digital Iris Services only for the parking pay stations identified in the Quote(s), and only in accordance with the Documentation and any other instructions issued by T2C from time to time.

  • Subject to the terms of this Addendum, T2C will supply the Digital Iris Services subscribed to by Customer, and Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Digital Iris Services software, solely as necessary for Customer’s use of the Digital Iris Services for its internal business purposes.

Related to Digital Iris Services

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data.   • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in the Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act, 4 U.S.C. Sec. 124.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Telecommunications service provider means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, supra, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunications Service Provider" is defined to mean any of the following:

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • link services means all new services necessary to connect the internal services to the bulk services; and

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
