Direct patient contact definition

Direct patient contact means any routinely anticipated face-to-face interaction with patients in a health care facility.
Direct patient contact means direct contact with a patient or resident of a medical facility, facility for the dependent or facility which is otherwise required by regulations adopted by the Board pursuant to NRS 449.0303 to be licensed which is in person or using telephone, electronic mail, telehealth or other electronic means, except that the term does not include incidental contact.

More Definitions of Direct patient contact

Direct patient contact means and include time spent on office, hospital and clinic visits, surgery, dictation of charts, telephone consultation and related patient service performed by the Physician. Physician shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of vacation which includes time off for Continuing Medical Education.

  • Coordinator means the person designated by Canada to act as the Dispute Resolution Coordinator.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.
